Salt Lake City

Salt Lake Mountain Home

  After our extended stay at Zion to pick up Ali, we were off on our next adventure. It was a 6 hour car ride in a snow storm. We stopped at DQ on our way to Salt Lake. It was delicious! We were pulling into the campground and we found a gated dog area! While my parents were hooking up the C.O.W Ali and I went to the dog park. My mom and I took her a few minutes after I took her and we were charged at by another dog! Ali and Buckaroo play for a few minutes. Then they were both to tired to go on.

Best Friends Animal Sanctuary

 Best Friends Animal Sanctuary

Last Sunday I went to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary to volunteer.  I volenteered in Old Town. You can guess what dogs are kept there. There was one dog named Hamlet that wasn't old. None of them were very old actually. Back to this Hamlet dog, my mom and I fell in love with him! Here's why;

Isn't he cute! His two back paws are on backwards. He gets around just fine though. If you volunteer there you can take an animal from the area you volunteered at for a sleepover. That's just what we did to! We wanted to take Hamlet, but he wasn't available. We took Miss Prizl instead. She was a cool dog.

We also ended up getting a dog, but you can go to her own blog.

Las Yosemite

Las Vegas

I haven’t done a blog in quite some time now. I have done plenty of thing that could go onto a piece of paper on a screen. I’m currently in Grand Canyon writing while being distracted by the TV. Me being distracted resulted in not making brownies. May that be a lesson to all.  Anyways The two best things I have done since my last blog was Yosemite and Las Vegas. Before I rave on about Las Vegas and what not I just wanted to say that my dad and his friend Gunar (sorry that I butchered your name) hiked to the bottom of the canyon then back up again! In one day!!!!!!!!!!

I liked Los Vegas more than L.A. My favorite was this one guy who cross dressed as a……… show girl. Trust me I have seen everything. I have defiantly learned more in Los Vegas and New Orland than I have learned in my life.  New York, New York, when we were there, was having a power outage.  Everywhere in Los Vegas had a power outage. That dam power outage. You see, that was funny because L.V is powered by Hoover Dam. So many dam jokes went on there.  Speaking of which, I went inside of the dam.

                I went on a few hikes. Only one big one. I got a Junior Ranger there. That’s not much of a surprise though. I have over 50 of them. I wonder how much they would sell for. Just kidding. Or am I? Any who, the best part was the Gin Gins. My mom and I are addicted. Don’t count on sharing with us because they will be gone in a minute.

Raeann's hand out the vent
I want to talk about my dad a bit more because what he did was awesome. So as I said in one day he and his friend walked all the way down and all the way back up the canyon. He states, “It was dark when we started and dark when we came back.” The one thing that sheered their alpaca was when 300 pound lady's on poor, posr burros, mule like mammals, would say stuff when they passed the boys like, “You boys must be tired Hahahahhahh.” I’m just surprised there wasn't a freak fatties being pushed down the canyon accident.

So that’s my blog. Hey I did more than three words. That’s pretty good.

I'm in Nevada and Raeann's in Arizona
